Ryan McPartlin was born and raised in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, played football at the University of Illinois, and is best known for his role as “Captain Awesome” on NBC’s Chuck, along with projects for Netflix, Hallmark, and Lifetime.
But acting has never been his only focus.
Over the years, Ryan has been involved in multiple businesses alongside his work in entertainment — including real estate investments, entrepreneurial ventures, and building brands with his wife Danielle. He hasn’t always attached his name publicly to those ventures. If he puts his name behind something, it’s because he believes in how it operates and the people running it.
